Combinations are 5 or 6 characters, start with the letter V, followed by 2-5 letters, then 0-3 numbers. Some combinations are considered premium.

• Euro plate combinations begin with a V, so remember to include this when using the combination checker.
• These plates are designed to fit a European car, so the dimensions are different to standard sized Custom plates. Euro mini plates are the same size as slimline Custom plates.
• Standard sized Euro plates don’t have pre-drilled mounting holes like most other Victorian number plates. Holes should be drilled to align with your car’s mounting points, or you can purchase a European number plate bracket separately. Euro mini sized plates have pre-drilled holes in line with standard number plate mounting locations.
• White Euro plates with a pre-determined combination can be purchased from a VicRoads Customer Service Centre. These plates start at $335.
